Education Ministry
At Pine Grove, we place a special emphasis on education and spiritual growth for our members. With that in mind, we offer several different ways of providing classes for our church. We offer Sunday School on Sunday mornings, Discipleship and Bible study on Sunday and Wednesday nights, and the Awana program for children ages 3 - 6th grade on Wednesday nights from September to May.

Step By Step through the Old Testament
This 13-session class begins Sunday, August 15th 2010 at 5 PM in room A210.
This 13 week class will be a survey of the Old Testament and will look at the message it presents, using main themes, people and places. It will also provide a framework for understanding and interpreting the Old Testament, and will teach biblical background material.
This class will be led by Pastor Ricky Pollard.
Lasting Legacy: Making a Difference With My Life
This 13-Session class begins Wednesday, September 8th, 2010 at 6 PM and will meet in room A211.
You are where you are today because somebody cared about you. Somebody cared enough to build a friendship with you, introduce you to Jesus, assist you in meeting other Christians, or involve you in a connecting community. God wants you to leave that same kind of legacy in other people's lives who desperately need what you have.

We currently offer over twenty-five different Sunday School classes. From the smallest child to senior adults, we have a class that will fit your needs. Sunday school begins at 9:45 each Sunday morning.

Our Discipleship time is a time that is spent in diving deeper into God's Word. These studies are generally more in depth than the typical Sunday School lesson and often require more time in preparation. At the same time, these classes offer a greater sense of learning and take you right to the heart of the Word.
We offer Discipleship classes on both Sunday night and Wednesday nights.
